The Techm Orion Marketplace aims to integrate access to Tech Mahindra and its partners' pre-built AI agents, creating a centralized environment for organizations to adopt and scale intelligent automation. The platform is designed to allow AI agents to function autonomously throughout complex enterprise workflows, integrating AI governance and providing customized AI-powered solutions for a wide range of industries.
The Marketplace leverages agent AI frameworks, large-scale language models, and machine learning algorithms to meet a wide range of enterprise needs. According to Tech Mahindra, the solution seeks to deliver measurable business outcomes by accelerating value from time, reducing operational costs, and continuously learning from process data to predict future scenarios.

The Techm Orion Marketplace is built to support operational excellence by providing AI-powered voice agents to businesses and promoting real-time query resolution. These AI agents are designed to make autonomous decisions, collaborate and dynamically adapt without ongoing human intervention aimed at reducing errors and increasing productivity in the workplace.

Tech Mahindra initially introduced the TechM Orion platform in July 2025. The market addition demonstrates the progress of the suite of agent AI capabilities, reflecting its focus on providing AI-driven solutions that align with industry requirements for automation, governance and adaptability.

The market is also seen by external analysts as a versatile and cost-effective way for clients to incorporate agent AI into their business. TJ (Tervinderjit) Singh, a well-known analyst-third-eye advisor CX highlighted the adaptability and scalability of the platform.
