Supercell has launched an AI Innovation Lab application designed to support builders working at the intersection of AI and gaming.
The nine-week program is aimed at founders and developers and provides a structured environment to turn early ideas into breakthrough entertainment and gaming products.
Selected participants will work on-site in San Francisco, Helsinki, or Tokyo, and Supercell will provide office space, tools, computing resources, mentorship, and housing support.
The Spring 2026 cohort begins with a one-week kickoff at Arctic Buildcamp in Finnish Lapland, followed by a nine-week core lab program.
Attendees will have access to a close-knit community of experienced gaming instructors and builders, as well as the opportunity to demo their projects at Supercell’s headquarters in Finland.
Hatching route
Top teams may be invited to join the new Supercell Games Incubator with a path to becoming a full Supercell Games team. Participants will also have the opportunity to raise funds directly from Supercell and join the company as new employees.
Individuals or teams of up to three people with a clear project vision and ability to execute can apply. You must be physically present for the entire duration of the program.
Interested founders and developers can apply before the recruitment closes on February 22, 2026. The lab will begin on March 23rd and conclude with a final showcase on May 23rd.
Alongside the lab, Supercell will be hosting the Global AI Game Hack from February 6th to 8th, offering top teams a fast track to the interview stage of AI Innovation Labs.
