Solink Corp., an artificial intelligence-powered video intelligence company, today announced the launch of Solink AI Agents. It is a context-aware agent that understands, infers, and acts on video and business data across physical locations to improve asset and revenue protection.
The new service is built on Solink’s video-plus-data architecture and AI models. AI agents have roles, permissions, and domain-specific skills that enable them to reason about events, understand operational context, and collaborate with security, loss prevention, and operations teams to take action.
“The industry is full of feeds and tools that create more noise, but we are focused on increasing clarity and capacity,” said co-founder and CEO Mike Matta. “We are bringing AI into the physical world with agents that act as digital teammates and take on repetitive, high-volume tasks like perimeter monitoring and transaction auditing, freeing up human teams to focus on high-value decisions.”
The Solink AI agent monitors hundreds of cameras and data points in real time, surfacing only the specific events that require human intervention, and in doing so serves as a power multiplier. Sorink says this transition represents a shift from agent tools to true workforce augmentation, providing the speed, scale, and actionable moments that modern enterprises need.
Key features include true digital teammates in that the agent can perform cross-modal analysis and process both video language models and structured data to understand context and intent. This release includes two specialized templates, Perimeter Security Guard Agent and Loss Prevention Agent, that allow enterprises to instantly delegate security tasks to trusted AI partners.
The agent offers turnkey edge deployment, deploying directly to edge devices, requiring no proprietary cameras or on-site intervention, and ensuring quick activation and continuous over-the-air updates. The agent also supports continuous learning to improve over time and adapt to specific operational environments, as well as learning from live deployments to increase accuracy.
“Solink AI agents enable teams to see more, know more, do more, and respond faster than ever before,” Matta added.
Solink is a venture capital-backed startup that has raised $98.2 million in four rounds, including $60 million in July 2023. The company’s investors include Generation Ventures, ScaleUP Ventures, Goldman Sachs Asset Management LP, OMERS Ventures Management Inc., and BDC IT Ventures LP.
