Claude is now the default model for the ServiceNow Build Agent, helping developers of all skill levels create and operate complex workflows that can reason, act, and execute autonomously. This functionality extends to Claude Code, which improves engineering productivity by assisting with coding, debugging, and automation tasks. Internally, ServiceNow has deployed these tools to more than 29,000 employees, resulting in up to 95% reduction in seller preparation time and significant increases in internal engineering efficiency.

As organizations increasingly deploy AI across departments, ServiceNow’s platform provides unified governance, compliance monitoring, and usage management through an AI control tower. The partnership with Anthropic aims to deliver tangible benefits to customers, including faster application development with natural language prompts, faster implementation timelines, and customized agent workflows for mission-critical industries. By incorporating Claude into its AI ecosystem, ServiceNow aims to accelerate enterprise AI adoption while maintaining a high level of oversight and reliability.
