Samsung Electronics has released a video highlighting the craftsmanship incorporated into its bespoke AI home appliances.
Featuring testimonials from product planners and developers, videos provide insight into the intent and development work driving the core AI features of Bespoke AI refrigerators and washing machines. The videos will be released on YouTube and social media channels in more than 50 countries starting December 16th.

The first video describes the planning and development of a bespoke AI refrigerator that became a data-driven food management system.
This segment shows how AI Vision Inside recognizes food, tracks expiration dates, and recommends recipes accordingly. When users have their hands full while cooking, Bixby allows them to open the refrigerator door with a voice command.
The clip also highlights features such as AI Hybrid Cooling, which combines an AI digital inverter compressor with a Peltier cooling unit, reflecting the developer's intention to incorporate AI into everyday life.

In the second video, we introduce Bespoke AI Laundry Combo, an all-in-one solution that connects washing and drying into a single seamless process.
The film features AI Wash & Dry and Flex Auto Dispense System. This feature analyzes fabric type, weight, and soil level to set wash cycles and detergent amounts. Bixby allows users to schedule wash cycles with simple voice commands. Additionally, AI Vibration Reduction Technology Plus (AI VRT+) minimizes vibration based on the installation environment. This demonstrates how AI reduces effort and inconvenience for users.
