OpenAI CEO Sam Altman recently said in a video that AI may benefit the poor more than the rich. He also said that society will have to face “debate” and “reconfiguration” in the future. “AI is a kind of alien intelligence,” Sam Altman said in the video. He said OpenAI is designing this “alien intelligence” to be as compatible with humans as possible. He said, “It's important to design it to be compatible with humans, and I think it's a mistake to assume that its thinking, its capabilities, its limitations are human-like.” The OpenAI CEO also added that humanoid robots are better for encouraging the world to remain as human-oriented as possible.
