The Trump administration’s obsession with artificial intelligence (AI) is well-documented, from sharing a video of the US president dropping liquid waste on protesters from a jet to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) sharing a video in December that featured Santa as an enforcement officer.
And in the latest AI video featuring Robert F. Kennedy Jr., the health secretary is seen wrestling topless with a man wearing a Twinkie costume, who can be seen holding a placard that says “I am me.” [love heart] Junk Food” – During an event titled “Snack Down.”
As RFK Jr. is seen about to land on top of a man scrambling through the air, text appears asking viewers to “eat real food” and links to the realfood.gov website, which urges Americans to “avoid highly processed foods.”
Unsurprisingly, the Health Secretary’s use of AI ‘slop’ has not been well received by some social media users.
“Remember when serious people ran the country,” one person asked.

Podcaster Brent Freeman wrote, “This administration is a sick joke.”
RFK Jr.’s AI video comes a month after he baffled the internet by posting a workout video of him working out with “All Summer Long” singer and Trump ally Kid Rock.
“I teamed up with @KidRock to deliver two simple messages to the American people: Be proactive. + Eat real food,” the secretary tweeted.
I wish it was a joke…
