Rezolve’s Commerce-Ready AI Brain Announced

AI and ML Jobs

Exciting news for the UK tech industry today. A company has released an AI ecom and data analytics solution grown in the UK. It promises to revolutionize the way retailers connect with consumers.

British AI innovator Rezolve AI Limited has announced the introduction of its revolutionary AI platform, Brain. This development promises to drive a new era of e-commerce interaction and data analytics, further enhancing the UK’s reputation in the global AI space.

brain

“Brain” allows users to interact with e-commerce sites via text or voice in 95 different languages, ask detailed questions and get answers that demonstrate deep product knowledge. This innovation redefines product discovery and customer interaction with never-before-seen levels of personalized service.

Veteran tech entrepreneur and Rezolve CEO and Chairman Dan Wagner gave us a demo, and frankly, it was impressive. Are Chinese consumers shopping on your website? No problem. You can ask Brain questions in Chinese and receive answers in Chinese, even if you’ve never translated a website before. And this is more than just a search engine. Data can be fed to Brain in any form, such as by telling it to scrape a website or sending it a SQL spreadsheet, so that it can answer conversational questions from customers.

The big problem, Dan tells me, is that we humans have been trained to work dysfunctionally, starting our searches with a few promising keywords and perhaps narrowing them down with checkboxes and category menus. With Brain, you can forget all that and ask your customers complex search questions like, “I’m going to my best friend’s wedding in July and I need a present. They like gardening, biking, vacationing, and gourmet dining. What would you recommend?”

But what about a service-oriented business where it’s just a product and the queries can get even more complex? For example, for travel, you can ask Blaine, “I’m in Rhodes and want to go home. What is the first 4-adult plane back to England? Can you recommend a return flight from where that plane lands to Reading?”

This style of conversation, where you ask detailed questions and receive answers that demonstrate deep understanding and relevance to your product, is truly revolutionary and better than gift sites that ask who the gift is for (male/female, friend/relative, mother/sister/aunt, etc.). These interactions can be carried out in any of 95 languages and are instantly available regardless of nationality or retailer. This approach to product discovery and customer interaction will revolutionize the e-commerce landscape and deliver a never-before-seen level of personalized service.

my brain

Meanwhile, “myBrain”, built on the same robust AI platform, enables businesses and consumers to effectively analyze their own content.

So myBrain differs from Brain in that you can give it the content you want it to respond to. As a journalist, I can already imagine the next time the government submits its 1,500-page report…that I can upload to myBrain and immediately request a summary. And when it’s too complicated to understand the outline (which is often the case!), you can simplify it and have it explained in terms a 5-year-old can understand.

And of course, nothing prevents me from uploading multiple pieces of content and requesting a general overview of relevant (or unrelated) content from myBrain.

Of course, all of this is in its early stages, and Rezolve will no doubt continue to develop large-scale language models and AI capabilities. But a triple toast to the UK tech industry… great to see cutting edge developments coming out of the UK.

The brain is more than just a product. It catalyzes a new era of business efficiency, empowering organizations to leverage data to deliver superior customer experiences. The UK has always been at the forefront of search and search development and I have been working with the brightest minds at Cambridge University since his early 90’s to develop computer-assisted text and image retrieval. Brain is the culmination of decades of sophisticated British technical engineering, and today Brain is the world leader in commercially engineered natural language processing and large-scale language models.

– Dan Wagner, Resolve CEO and Chairman

Rezolve’s Brain is another example of great UK AI innovation. AI has the potential to transform public services, create better jobs, and grow the economy. Alongside its global leadership in AI safety, the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology is driving innovation across the UK and creating an environment for businesses to start and grow.

– Michelle Donnellan, Secretary of State for Science, Innovation and Technology

Rezolve’s conversational AI service, Brain, is perfectly aligned with the changing trends in the retail industry and has the potential to be a game changer. It not only enhances consumer experiences and drives business growth, but also uses data and AI/ML (machine learning) to deliver real-time insights at scale. Brain is a pioneer in AI development based on distributed computing, federated data architecture, effective AI/ML models, and open API interfaces that provide a plug-and-play experience for B2C and B2B customers and their ecosystems.
