Five startups pitched their innovative technology projects for language learning to a group of expert judges and an audience of language educators and researchers. Lingostar.ai, represented by Anthony Spadafino, was named the winner of both his LaunchPad Award by the jury and the People’s Choice Award determined by viewer votes. Hayo Reinders, an internationally recognized language education scholar, moderated the event.
Described as the “Conversational Partner for Modern Language Learning”, Lingostar.ai AI (Artificial Intelligence) Gain fluency with real, unscripted, back-and-forth conversations, voice or text, on any topic. We currently support English, Spanish, and French, with more than 20 languages coming soon. It provides pronunciation feedback, corrects grammar, and suggests learning games.
