MANILA, Philippines – The Philippine National Police Anti-Reserve Area Group (PNP-ACG) is investigating artificial intelligence (AI)-generated videos that promote Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.'s investment platform.
The video is circulating online, launching an AI-powered investment platform, and perhaps a promising investment platform, Fast Payouts, a collaboration between Elon Musk, the billionaire chief executive of American automotive company Tesla, and the Philippine government.
“Our investigation is underway here,” said Brigg, Director PNP-ACG. General Bernard Yang said at the Capihan Sa Manila Bay Forum on Wednesday.
“We have notified the relevant social media platforms, and we are coordinating with them for the storage of our data. The second is to deactivate and remove that post,” he added.

Yang also said police are working to identify the person behind the video being circulated online for possible investigations.
In fact, our president is not only affected by this, but he is a lot of other well-known individuals,” Yang said.
