Tesla CEO Elon Musk has been trending on social media with his AI-generated videos of world leaders and celebrities, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Donald Trump, Joe Biden, Vladimir Putin and Mark Zuckerberg, walking down the ramp.
“Perfect time for an AI fashion show,” Musk's caption on the post, which has been viewed nearly 45 million times since it was shared on July 22.
The edited video features Kamala Harris, Barack Obama, Pope Francis, President Xi Jinping, North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, Tim Cook, Bill and Hillary Clinton, Jeff Bezos, Bernie Sanders, Bill Gates, as well as Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Elon Musk dressed in futuristic costumes.
The video begins with Pope Francis walking down the runway in a white down jacket during a virtual fashion show, while Russian President Vladimir Putin is seen in an off-the-shoulder Louis Vuitton outfit, and US President Joe Biden, 81, is shown in a wheelchair wearing a printed suit.
Elon Musk wore a Tesla-themed suit, former US President Donald Trump wore an orange outfit, former US President Barack Obama changed outfits multiple times, Kim Jong Un opted for a loose-fitting hoodie accessorized with a gold necklace, and PM Modi wore a vibrant outfit.
The video ended with Microsoft founder Bill Gates walking down a ramp holding a sign that read “Runway of Power.” However, the message quickly turned into a Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) error, mocking the company's global outage that disrupted the world for several hours on July 19.
