London-based Pimloc has secured a strategic investment of $5 million to accelerate global expansion.

As the most widely used and sensitive data data today, video encourages organizations to meet increasingly complex demands for transparency, compliance and security. The global surveillance market will be $73.8 billion in 2024 and is increasing pressure in video analysis, which is expected to reach $94.6 billion by 2034. In Europe, growing cybersecurity concerns have focused on how visual data is collected, stored and shared.

To meet this growing demand, Pimloc is rapidly scaled, driven by over 120% year-over-year growth in adoption of a secure editor SaaS platform.

The solution uses AI to automatically detect and anonymize sensitive content across videos, audio, screens and images, maintaining organizations ahead of tightening compliance and security expectations.

Pimloc CEO Simon Randall shared:

This is a vital moment for Pimloc. We are rapidly expanding into new sectors, regions and multimodal workflows. This investment is a strong support for the platform and definition categories we have built. Each investor brings strategic insights, whether it's AI, industry-specific domains, or international expansion. This is far beyond capital. Their support will help you grow thoughtfully, unlock new, impactful use cases and strengthen the world's ability to provide the infrastructure needed for privacy-first AI.

Secure editing is already trusted across areas such as law enforcement, healthcare, education, insurance, transportation, and retail. Deployed through SaaS, APIs and private clouds, it helps organizations meet the growing demand for privacy, transparency and compliance at scale.

The fully built in-house platform has already anonymized nearly 500 million instances of Personally Identifiable Information (PII).

This trust drives the growth of Pimloc's channel partner network through established integrations between major platforms such as Microsoft, Eagle Eye Networks, Milestone Systems, and Rhombus Systems.

To support this next phase of growth, Pimloc has secured support from Amadeus Capital Partners and Edge Ventures with participation from Zetta Venture Partners, MD One and Symvan Capital.

These investors bring extensive expertise across emerging sectors such as AI, cybersecurity, domestic infrastructure, and fintech and content compliance to strengthen Pimlock's mission to set a global benchmark for privacy-first intelligence where sensitive data is captured, processed and shared.

Shared by Nick Kingsbury, partner at Amadeus Capital Partners.

As AI matures, trust, control, and accountability become paramount. Pimloc has built a technically sophisticated and commercially proven platform, with strong momentum across the sector and region. We are excited to support their global growth as Secure Redact will become the foundational infrastructure of privacy-first video intelligence.

According to Hugo Sunnucks, investment manager at Edge Investments, the company is proud to jointly lead Pimloc's latest funding round as it is embarking on a key phase of Global Growth. He added:

Under Simon Randall's leadership, Pimrock has built a great platform that allows for large-scale, highly accurate video editing. Their pace of innovation is combined with a clear and urgent mission, changing how organizations process sensitive visual data in a privacy-first world.

Driven by growing global demand and support from Mission Alliance investors, Pimloc is preparing for the next phase of commercial growth.

The company plans to expand across privacy-sensitive sectors such as healthcare, public safety, insurance, education and transportation, strengthen ecological partnerships and accelerate adoption in high-growth areas such as screen reduction, creative content compliance and fintech workflows.
