PeakMetrics, a leading AI-driven narrative intelligence company, announced the closing of a $6 million Series A funding round led by Moneta Ventures. Techstars, Parameter Ventures, VITALIZE Venture Capital and Gurtin Ventures also joined later, bringing total capital to $16.3 million.
The increase follows a period of rapid momentum for PeakMetrics, which included three times year-over-year commercial growth as organizations turned to the platform to navigate an Internet transformed by artificial intelligence. With 90% of online content expected to be synthetically generated this year, manipulated content, coordinated campaigns, or narratives fueled by a single bad actor could spread faster than ever before.
PeakMetrics was built for this moment. The platform is rooted in the high-stakes information environment and trusted by global companies, government agencies, and public sector teams to navigate how stories spread on the Internet, transformed by artificial intelligence. PeakMetrics deploys AI agents that operate continuously across the entire information environment to answer questions that organizations have been unable to answer before: Why is this story spreading? What makes it tick? Organic or engineered? Which audiences are losing trust and why? These answers will reach leaders early enough to change outcomes, giving them clarity to protect their reputations, intellectual property, and public trust.

“AI has changed the speed and scale of how stories spread online,” said Nick Loui, co-founder and CEO of PeakMetrics. “Organizations can no longer afford to operate with partial visibility. PeakMetrics gives leaders the ability to quantify what is circulating, whether it is real or not, and what requires action. This funding allows us to accelerate our mission to bring clarity to a world of distorted information.”
The Series A will accelerate progress across PeakMetrics’ AI-driven platform and lay the foundation for future innovations, including an enterprise fact-checking hub that powers real-time detection of harmful narratives, powers the intelligence leaders need to act decisively, and helps organizations establish a trusted source of truth.
The funding will also support expanded market access, providing a platform for more organizations across industry and government agencies at a time when demand is at an all-time high.
“As AI accelerates the spread of information online, PeakMetrics’ Narrative Intelligence Platform has become essential for businesses and governments looking to detect and defend against emerging narrative threats. The team’s ambition and execution have been outstanding from day one, and their platform is already delivering clear value to our customers. We are excited to partner with PeakMetrics as it scales into a huge market opportunity.”” Brent Kelton, partner at Moneta Ventures, said:
Customers are already using PeakMetrics to anticipate risks, discover opportunities hidden in online noise, and respond decisively in rapidly changing environments. Whether it’s detecting the early signs of a boycott campaign, identifying shifts in favorability in a brand’s conversation, or debunking false narratives before they spread, PeakMetrics provides the intelligence you need to act with confidence.
“In an environment where stories drive markets and shape reputations in real time, brands cannot afford to rely on lagging indicators.” said Michael Brito, Global Head of Data + Intelligence at Zeno Group. “PeakMetrics provides narrative intelligence at scale to help you detect emerging themes, quantify their velocity and impact, and understand who is driving them. This clarity allows you to move from reactive monitoring to proactive decision-making, protect your reputation, inform your strategy, and act with confidence before problems escalate.”
With roots in defense and national security, PeakMetrics has developed a platform to meet the demands of this new information environment. The company is now defining categories of narrative intelligence to ensure leaders can see through a manipulated Internet before the threat peaks.
PeakMetrics’ research and insights have been featured in major publications such as the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Axios, and CNN, highlighting our role as a trusted authority in the evolving information landscape.
