Payal Gaming clarified that it was not her who appeared in the viral video
On December 17, 2025, Payal took the X handle and shared a lengthy note addressing the buzz surrounding her deepfake video. The female gamer said she was disappointed because she didn't expect to talk about personal matters. She cleared the air about the deepfake video and said her name was incorrectly associated with the clip. She clarified in the now-viral video that it wasn't her. she wrote:
“I never expected to have to speak publicly about something so personal and heartbreaking. Payal Gaming talks about how deepfake videos affected her and her family
In the same note, Payal opened up about how deepfake videos affected her and her family. She said she has always believed in remaining silent when it comes to negativity. But the current situation called for an explanation and a voice. She stressed the need to speak up for other women who have suffered similar types of online abuse and character attacks. She said this type of content is harmful and “dehumanizing.” She asked the public to refrain from sharing, copying and speculating about this viral video. she wrote:
“What was most painful was not just the misrepresentation itself, but the speed and ease with which personal dignity is undermined in the digital space. These acts have repercussions beyond the screen, affecting real people, real families, real lives. I have always felt that even in the face of negativity, I have always believed that I should remain silent. But this situation requires clarity and a voice. Not just for me, but for many women who have been subjected to similar forms of online abuse and character attacks. This is not harmless.'The content is extremely hurtful and dehumanizing. ”
