Part 1, title A practical introductionwill be announced on February 12th from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. This is an easy-to-understand introduction designed for business owners who are interested in AI but don’t know where to start. Attendees will learn what AI is (and isn’t), why it’s important, and how it can help level the playing field for small and medium-sized businesses.

Part 2, title Hands-on AIwill be held on March 4th from 11:30am to 1pm and will build on the fundamentals from Part 1 with a hands-on workshop focused on identifying and prioritizing AI use cases. Attendees will watch live demonstrations, explore practical tools and prompt templates, and learn a simple 3-2-1 framework for getting started with AI in your business. Examples and challenges from companies in the venue will be used to keep the sessions grounded and relevant. Participants, especially those who already have experience working with AI, do not need to take Part 1 before Part 2.

Both sessions will be facilitated by Laura V. Coulter, founder of EfficaAI. Coulter helps businesses overcome overwhelming situations and build smart, sustainable systems that support real growth. With over 20 years of experience in education, training, and business development, Coulter specializes in teaching entrepreneurs the CLEAR framework for strategy clarity and coaching professionals to use AI for more effective business communications. Each session costs $5 for OzSBI members and $15 for non-members and includes lunch. For more information or to register, visit crm.ozsbi.com/events.
