Oracle today announced the Oracle Fusion Applications AI Agent Marketplace. This is a new solution that enables Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications customers to easily discover and deploy AI agents built by verified partners directly within their enterprise environments. This new marketplace, part of Oracle AI Agent Studio for Fusion Applications, helps customers improve productivity and address complex business challenges by enabling them to accelerate large-scale AI adoption through secure AI agents built for enterprise use.
“In the era of intelligent automation, organizations need powerful, scalable, and easy-to-deploy AI solutions to stay competitive,” said Chris Leone, executive vice president of application development at Oracle. “With Oracle AI Agent Marketplace, we are helping our customers accelerate enterprise AI adoption, address their unique business needs, and streamline operations by bringing our growing network of partner expertise directly into our AI ecosystem. These enterprise-grade AI agents help organizations increase workflow efficiency and create meaningful impact with speed and security, but without complexity.”
Oracle AI Agent Marketplace offers partner-built agent templates to transform finance, human resources, supply chain, and customer experience processes across multiple industries. System integrators (SIs) across the Oracle PartnerNetwork contribute to the Oracle AI Agent Marketplace and distribute agents within Oracle Fusion Applications, including Alithya, Apex IT, Apps Associates, Argano, Automus, CLOUDSUFI, GoSaaS, Grant Thornton, Huron, IBM Consulting, Infosys, KNEX, Mastek, Trinamix, and Wipro. Other global SIs such as Accenture, Deloitte, KPMG, and PwC have additional agent templates listed on Oracle.com for their joint customers. An example of an agent built with SI is:
- Vertex IT: The Address Reconciliation Agent can process and ship orders faster and more efficiently by automatically adding appropriate shipping addresses and validating their accuracy in both sales data in Oracle Fusion Cloud Customer Experience (CX) and accounts receivable (AR) data in Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
- IBM: Smart Sales Order Entry Assistant lets agents streamline the sales process with natural language prompts and automate manual steps to create, validate, and manage sales orders, reducing order entry errors, accelerating order capture, and improving customer satisfaction.
- Infosys: The Hire to Retire agent allows HR managers to easily access and update employee data by retrieving information such as contract details, role assignments, and reporting lines, and automatically updating employee profiles as needed. The AI agent also strictly enforces Oracle Fusion Applications' role-based access controls to ensure that users only access and modify data for which they are authorized. This automation reduces manual labor, accelerates onboarding, improves data accuracy, and frees HR teams to focus on strategic, value-driven initiatives.
- KPMG: Purchase Order Item Price History Agent helps streamline procurement decisions. With quick access to order history data such as previous suppliers, purchase dates, average prices for past orders, and actionable pricing insights for current orders, you can reduce manual research time and gain deeper insights to optimize your negotiation strategies.
Oracle AI Agent Marketplace also includes agents featuring industry-leading independent software vendors (ISVs) such as Box, Intellinum, Loqate, RChilli, Stripe, and Syniverse. An example of an ISV agent is:
- box: The Box Data Extraction agent enables more comprehensive and relevant interactions with Oracle Digital Assistant by extracting specific metadata or structured content from documents stored in Box and integrating it as business objects within Oracle workflows for finance, procurement, human resources, and customer experience.
- stripe: Infosys Invoice Collection AI agent, powered by Stripe, powers Oracle Fusion for invoice collection, invoice payment processing, and reminders, reducing manual effort for finance and AR collections teams. Agents can help with complex billing arrangements and provide personalized discounts and incentives to reduce daily sales on your invoice. We also rely on Stripe's Smart Retries. It leverages AI models that evaluate dynamic, time-dependent signals to optimize invoice payment collection.
- R Chili: The Talent Data Refresh agent streamlines the job application process by enriching outdated candidate profiles with structured information from public professional sources and updating resume fields to a standardized format.
- search: Contact validation agents validate customer contact information, such as addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses, and provide suggestions for updating contact data within customer engagement workflows.
Unlike other standalone agent marketplaces, Oracle's AI Agent Marketplace is built natively within Oracle Fusion Applications, allowing customers to discover and deploy AI agents directly within their business flows. AI Agent Marketplace allows customers to install and manage validated agent templates created by Oracle PartnerNetwork members alongside Oracle's pre-built agents in a unified experience. The main features are:
- Built-in domain and industry expertise: Customers can drive faster results, solve industry challenges, and accelerate innovation using ready-to-use agents developed by leading SIs and ISVs.
- Seamless deployment with no code required: Customers can deploy AI Agent Marketplace agents with one click and use a natural language-driven process to quickly launch agents without the need for complex coding or integration.
- Customizable agent template: Customers can modify pre-built templates using documentation, tools, prompts, or APIs to address specific industry or business use cases.
- Verified reliability and security: Customers can deploy AI Agent Marketplace agents with confidence because all AI Agent Marketplace agents are verified through comprehensive checklists and subject to the same security standards that apply to Oracle-built agents.
- Oracle support: Customers receive consistent support for all AI Agent Marketplace agents, whether partner-built or Oracle-built, and benefit from Oracle's enterprise-grade support services that cover tool usage, debugging, integration, and runtime issues.
