Title course “Business Process Optimization Using AI” It was developed for senior management at Arratbank and was held at the Tsaghkadzor Arrat Resort Hotel. It was organized in collaboration with Arratbank and Reirmenia Academy as part of the Academy's Educational Initiative “ai_qez_ban” It was implemented within the framework of a broader educational programme.
The course featured a comprehensive and engaging agenda that addressed the latest issues in our ever-changing reality: the AI revolution's impact on both the scale and economy and the labor market.
Details of the application of artificial intelligence in the financial sector were presented in an interactive format by instructors Arshak Ulubabyan, Artak Grigoryan and Anahit Vardanyan.
This course focused primarily on efficient use of AI tools in HR management, public relations and marketing, increasing work efficiency and saving time and other resources.

This course ended with one of the truly satisfying moments of the day. This is a smooth transition from the possibilities of artificial intelligence to human intelligence, unforgettable emotions and smiles.
This day was enriched by team building activities held through intellectual quizzes. Questions touching on a variety of topics in motivation, books, music and constitution. When the results were tallied, the “Ararat” team was declared the winner, but the true victory was that unity and the spirit of a healthy team united people towards a common goal.
