Nuvini Group Limited (Nasdaq: NVNI) (“Nuvini” or the “Company”), an acquisition and operator of B2B software companies in Latin America, today announced the second edition of the Nuvini AI Awards. This is an internal competition, open only to employees of companies included in the portfolio, with the aim of turning artificial intelligence into a practical infrastructure for the entire group.

The competition is open to all employees from Nuvini’s portfolio companies (technical and non-technical companies, competing individually or in teams) and challenges you to build real-world, already-in-production solutions that have a measurable impact on productivity, costs, and customer experience. Registration period is from June 23 to July 16, 2026.

This commitment stems from the beliefs that guide Nuvini’s strategy. AI has ceased to be a differentiator and has become infrastructure. Just as companies provide internal email to all employees as a basic work tool, they should also provide AI technology to all employees. The goal is to enable 100% of the group’s employees to use AI in their daily work. AI is as essential and ubiquitous as email.
