Not Just Travel (NJT) is expanding its use of AI to create a new “all-in-one” platform for its network of work-from-home travel consultants.
NJT OS is in development and will be available to more than 800 distributors later this year.
The system was developed to eliminate the need for consultants to juggle multiple separate tools for booking management, client portfolios, human resources, marketing and communications.
A single, streamlined workspace also includes Gmail integration, automated customer emails, AI-powered formatting, and content creation.
It also generates bespoke social media content for individual platforms, allowing consultants to create a week’s worth of posts in minutes.
According to NJT, the platform also features a task and project dashboard designed to help consultants prioritize their workloads, showing which bookings to close, which to run first, which to delegate, which to schedule, and which to delete.
It is designed to build on the company’s existing NJT Smart AI platform, saving consultants the need to acquire multiple monthly subscriptions in bulk.
Steve Witt, the company’s co-founder and lead system developer, said: “Any smart business owner knows the benefits of efficient systems and AI.
“We are putting consultants at the forefront of the latest technology revolution by providing the best tools in one intuitive platform at no additional cost.
“NJT OS allows our consultants to focus their time on what matters most in their business: customer relationships.”
He added, “Simplicity is one of our core values, and NJT OS is designed to reflect that principle by consolidating consultants’ everyday systems in one place.
“NJT OS is one platform that has all the tools, all the systems in one place. We built this for consultants because we know how much time is lost switching between different systems just to manage reservations, customers, and communications. This brings everything together so consultants can focus on the core activities of growing their business.”
