Cien.ai, a Plano-based go-to-market AI analytics platform, has appointed Joanna Ridgway as senior vice president of global sales and Steve Valenta as senior vice president of strategic partnerships.

Most recently, Ridgway led the regional corporate banking team at NA Santander Bank. She has nearly 20 years of combined expertise at JPMorgan, Bank of America, Fifth Third, and private equity. She was awarded the German Marshall Fund Memorial Fellowship (2012), the DBJ Women in Business (2021), and in 2022 she was named a CEO 500 Business Leader.

The company said Valenta will lead strategic partnerships and other business development efforts, establishing new and existing relationships with cloud and AI companies such as Salesforce.com and Microsoft Azure. A seasoned professional services executive, Mr. Valenta most recently served on the board of directors at Stout, a global advisory firm. He was previously a senior managing director at Nasdaq and has held positions at EY and Arthur Andersen.

Launch of new GTM suite

The company said the timing of this appointment coincides with the launch of its GTM suite of turnkey “Proof Of Value” (POV) products that use AI analytics to transform go-to-market teams.
