Manuko, a small manufacturer specializing in premium organic foods, might not seem an obvious candidate to benefit from generative artificial intelligence.
But the far-sighted confectioner Recently featured on a podcast – And that’s exactly what we’re doing.
Founder and director Matt Hardy lists a few places where it's made life easier.

“I read equipment manuals and help draft safety operating procedures, act as a research assistant finding suppliers for different raw materials in different countries, and support the development of new products,” he told us some examples.

Hardy believes manufacturing shouldn't be considered too small or too young to consider the impact and usefulness of AI.

“AI can be an incredibly useful tool in many areas, but especially for smaller, less resource-rich businesses,” he says.
