Acquisition of ‘Social First’ AI Platform Accelerates Nextiva’s Mission to Equitably Treat Customer Support for Companies of All Sizes

Leading conversational platform Nextiva today announced the acquisition of India-based AI customer experience platform Simplify360. Simplify360 uses AI and automation to enable 5,000+ global businesses to seamlessly deliver world-class customer support across multiple channels including email, live chat, social media, online reviews and e-commerce . Simplify360 customers include Amazon, Honda, HP, Nestle, HDFC, Hyundai, Canon and Xiaomi. The purchase price was not disclosed.
