New Delhi: YouTube has launched a new AI-based search feature on its platform. This feature is named AI Search Carousel. It aims to provide users with better and more accurate information, and to make sure they understand the content of the video even before they see it, reporting Dynamite News Correspondent.
How does this new feature work?
According to YouTube, this new AI search Carousel feature is now available to some YouTube premium users in the US. When users search for shopping, travel, or a specific location, a new interface will appear on the search results page. There is a large video clip at the top and a small video thumbnail underneath it. Also, all videos come with descriptions of text generated by AI.
This description summarises the main points and content of the video. This makes it easy for users to decide which videos they will watch and which videos they will not decide.
Which users get this feature?
