Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy said the U.S. air traffic control system is finally undergoing much-needed reform. The change came after a series of near misses and fatalities. The Department of Transport estimates the overhaul will take two and a half years and will include software powered by artificial intelligence. NBC’s Stephanie Gosk has today’s report.
