First AI Voice platform for enterprise transformation enables focus groups of 20,000 people in one hour
Natter, the enterprise AI conversational intelligence platform, has raised $23 million to expand globally and accelerate its mission to give everyone a voice. Natter is an AI-native conversation intelligence platform that runs thousands of simultaneous, continuous, one-on-one video conversations between employees, members, and customers, capturing real voices at scale. Natter instantly generates and synthesizes this real-time, contextual data to generate business-critical insights for sales, strategy, policy, and HR leaders in hours instead of weeks.
The funding was led by Renegade Partners with participation from Kindred Capital, Costanoa Ventures, Rackhouse Ventures, Village Global, and Ametric Capital Partners. Also in attendance were the CEOs and co-founders of Peakon, Beamery, Tessian, and Indeed.com.
Natter enables companies to gain insights at a depth and speed previously unattainable through traditional methods such as surveys, focus groups, and investigative interviews. This technology is already widely used by organizations such as Accenture, ServiceNow, Mondelez, PwC, and Philip Morris International.
“We started Natter with the simple but fundamental belief that everyone in a company has something important to say, and that leaders deserve to hear it accurately, instantly, and at scale,” said Charlie Woodward, CEO and co-founder of Natter. “The response from organizations like Accenture, ServiceNow, and Philip Morris shows how urgent that need is. This increase is our commitment to making Natter the infrastructure layer for enterprise voice around the world.”

A global survey of 300 employees and HR leaders from Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 companies found that AI conversations outperformed interviews, surveys, and focus groups on several levels.
- A 40-minute conversation with Nutter yielded more insight than over 500 hours of traditional interviews.
- The same group generated 40x more usable audio data with Natter than traditional focus groups.
- Conversations revealed 97% to 147% more themes than focus groups, surfacing issues that leaders “didn’t know about”.
- 100% of participants felt psychologically safer to share their honest opinions in a conversation than in a focus group or survey.
- 82.3% said their conversations revealed insights that were completely missed through traditional methods.
Stephen Wroblewski, Accenture’s global head of talent, transformation and reinvention, said: “You can talk to 10,000 people from noon to 1pm on a Tuesday and wake up at 8am on a Wednesday and already have insights. That’s great for me. That’s why we need something like Natter… That’s why we need hundreds of interviews and focuses. You don’t have to spend weeks or months running a group, and you don’t have to spend even more time reviewing different comments and records to understand what’s important.” largely. ”
Jacqui Canney, Chief People and AI Enablement Officer at ServiceNow, explained, “Being able to aggregate conversations at scale and uncover real patterns changes the way enablement is designed. This is the approach we’ve taken at ServiceNow with Natter, connecting insights across sales, product, leadership, and manager enablement in ways that weren’t possible before.”
“Natter allows us to gain employee insights at a scale and speed not previously possible. As a former social scientist, I’m excited to use Natter for field research, including qualitative interviews and focus group data, to stay on top of our employees across our company.”
“AI is transforming enterprise software, but Employee Voice remains a survey and outdated tool that misses what’s happening in real time,” said Renata Quintini, co-founder and managing director of Renegade Partners. “LLM alone can’t give you a look inside your organization, but Natter can. With dedicated infrastructure for real-time video capture and unparalleled longitudinal datasets, we generate AI-native, defensible insights when companies urgently need them across sales, strategy, and HR. Natter delivers up to 1,800 Applicable across a rapidly growing set of $1 billion markets, it is poised to redefine how companies listen, learn, and act.”
Nutter has demonstrated strong company validation, with the company growing 4x in 2024 and 5x in 2025, and the pipeline of supported companies tripled in September alone. Additionally, 80% of the company’s current revenue comes from the United States, resulting in Nutter’s headquarters moving to New York City. The funding will be used to expand Natter’s engineering, data and product teams and accelerate platform capabilities. Natter enters this phase with a specially hired executive team, including a former product director at TypeForm and a former CEO and founder of Remarkable AI.
