Ahead of International Yoga Day, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi shared a series of videos on Twitter showing AI versions of traditional yoga asanas. From Shashankhasana to Tadasana, PM Modi shared details of several yoga poses. The video begins with the meaning of yoga, followed by short videos of AI-generated yoga asanas being performed.

The video is available to watch on various social media platforms, including Twitter, as well as on video platform YouTube.

On June 19, he shared a video of Shashankhasana. Also known as the Rabbit Pose in yoga, Shashankhasana is a sitting pose in which you kneel and rest your buttocks on your heels. In this pose, you lengthen your spine forward while reaching your forehead and arms along the mat, promoting relaxation and relieving tension in the neck, shoulders and back. It gently compresses the abdominal organs, aiding digestion and regulating metabolism. Shashankhasana is known for its calming effects and reducing stress and anxiety. When practiced regularly, it is good for your physical and mental health as it increases the flexibility of the spine, improves posture and increases your sense of calm.

June 21st is International Yoga Day. This year marks the 10th year of celebrating Yoga Day. This year's theme of Yoga Day is “Yoga for Self and Society”. The Prime Minister said: “Yoga is an invaluable gift from our ancient traditions.
