AI For Business

Wednesday 11th February 2026 – As part of a wider upskilling program in the UK, Orange Business, the enterprise arm of Orange, has partnered with Multiverse, a leading digital skills education provider, to deliver customized data and AI training to 50 UK-based team members. The success of the program, which focuses on data management and developing AI capabilities, is being highlighted as part of National Apprenticeship Week.

Following the success of the pilot, the program has been expanded over the past year, reflecting Orange Business’ strategic focus on digital transformation, productivity improvement and talent development.

Tim Cooke, Regional Solutions Director at Orange Business, is a senior professional with over 30 years of experience and a complete in-depth learning program with Multiverse.. As a result, his productivity has increased significantly, delivery times have been reduced from weeks to days, and his ability to provide detailed market and competitive analysis has been accelerated.

Tim said: “At this stage in my career, it’s important to be intentional about how I continue to learn and grow. The training at Multiverse was foundational and well-structured, and what I learned has become a practical toolkit that I use every day. Being able to quickly research and provide comprehensive analysis to my team in just 30 minutes has now changed the way I work.”

The apprenticeship will run for 13 months and will support Orange Business UK teams to optimize processes, identify ethical AI opportunities for customers and future-proof the way to increase the level of AI integration across UK businesses.

Simon Ranyard, OrangeBusiness Managing Director for North West Europe, added: “Digital and data skills are no longer an option; they are fundamental to business success. This UK-focused training program with Multiverse is an important part of our broader global approach to upskilling our people. By investing in these skills in the UK, we are proactively preparing our people for the future. This initiative is a win-win, supporting both our people and our strategic objectives, and better supporting our customers.”

Gary Eimerman, Chief Learning Officer Multiverse commented:“Orange Business in the UK recognizes the need to provide its employees with the relevant skills to take AI and data-powered transformation from idea to reality. Through these academies with Multiverse, employees will develop new skills, strengthen their capabilities and contribute to improving their operations and customer experience.”
