Fish credited the unchanged paper to Motorola’s leadership in LMR, noting continued recovery of public safety and major events in key regions. The analyst acknowledged that AI-driven momentum in video safety is leading to strong capital allocation for the company. With the increasing importance of drone security management, booking growth has resumed and demand balance has improved. Fish believes the 15% valuation compression creates a more attractive entry point for investors.
