Mews launches AI-powered business intelligence product for hotels

“With Mews BI, we give hoteliers a single, reliable platform to turn data into actionable insights, helping them make faster and smarter decisions every day,” Pepa Starýchfojtů, chief product and technology officer at Mews, said in a statement.

Mews BI has been adopted by 1,000 early customers including: 42-room Adara Hotel Located in Whistler, British Columbia, Canada. Using the Room Performance Dashboard, the hotel can now better understand occupancy and ADR by room type, allowing the team to reclassify inventory and implement targeted strategies to improve these metrics.

“We previously had data, but it wasn’t manual and detailed, just basic statistics like overall ADR and dates,” the hotel’s general manager, Rhys Davies, said in a statement. “With Mews BI, everything is in one place.”

A recent Abode Worldwide report found that property management systems and AI-driven platforms drove investment in hospitality technology over the past year.

Investors are “focusing capital on the platforms that hospitality companies rely on more and more every day,” said Abode founder and CEO Jessica Gillingham.
