If you’ve ever joined a hybrid meeting from a large conference room, you’ll know what it’s like. Voices echo, faces blur, and the person speaking often appears off-screen. Large rooms don’t translate well to video, and remote participants often end up just watching from the sidelines rather than actually participating in the conversation.
Logitech’s answer to this problem is the newly announced Rally AI Camera and Rally AI Camera Pro. This pair of conference cameras is specifically designed for larger, more complex spaces.
Introducing Rally AI Camera and Rally AI Camera Pro
The Rally AI series not only promises sharper optics and longer zooms, but also meets intelligence that adapts to what’s happening in the room. Logitech is leveraging AI to finally make big room video calls natural rather than controlled.
At the heart of this announcement are two closely related products. The Rally AI camera is a discreet option with design as a top priority, meant to blend into the room without drawing attention to itself. Meanwhile, Rally AI Camera Pro further enhances its technical capabilities. It uses a dual-camera system, combined with a second optical camera that covers a wide area to zoom in on the speakers (and other details where relevant) from across a large room.

Both models are built on the optics of Logitech’s acclaimed rally cameras. But the company leveraged AI technology from other systems to enhance its capabilities. The highlight feature is RightSight 2. It’s an AI-powered framing system inspired by filmmaking techniques.
Depending on what’s happening in the room, the camera can hold a wide group shot, zoom in on the active speaker, or arrange participants into a grid so everyone can participate equally in the call. Logitech’s goal with this series is simple: to make hybrid meetings fairer, or in the company’s words, feel fairer.
This intelligence becomes even more powerful at scale. Rally AI Camera Pro supports multi-camera setups used in tools like Zoom Intelligent Director and multi-camera views in Microsoft Teams. Multiple cameras can be used in tandem, and the viewpoint and coverage will automatically switch as people speak or move. Featuring a 1-inch type image sensor, a wide 115-degree field of view, and up to 15x hybrid zoom, it focuses on clarity, balance over flash, and making it easier for remote participants to read large rooms.
Rally AI Camera Pro was designed with people managing meeting rooms in mind. IT teams and facility managers can mount it on ceilings, walls, displays, or recess it inside walls for a nearly invisible finish. The automatic privacy shutter provides a clear visual cue when the wide camera is off and the motorized zoom camera is pointing down.

The Pro model also reflects Logitech’s broader room intelligence ambitions. Built-in people detection tracks whether a meeting room is actually in use and automatically reserves or releases rooms as needed. As with Logitech’s other products, sustainability plays a key role here, with low-carbon aluminum and responsibly sourced packaging incorporated into the design.
Of course, this level of sophistication doesn’t come cheap. The Rally AI Camera is priced at $2,499, and the more powerful Rally AI Camera Pro is priced at $2,999, and will be available starting spring and summer in the U.S., respectively. But if the product does what it promises, it’s a reasonable price for companies to pay.
Logitech’s bet is that it’s intelligence, not bulky hardware, that can ultimately make big-room video personal. These cameras are probably overkill for most small conference rooms. But where the Rally AI series really shines is in boardrooms, classrooms, and city halls where the scale makes remote participation complicated.
