In this regard, KOGO in collaboration with build3 organised an event in Goa where 27 Indian startup founders were trained free of charge to build on KOGO’s Small Action Model platform.

KOGO, a deep-tech AI company offering its own AI OS, has announced plans to build a free AI agent to accelerate AI adoption among enterprises, developers and SMEs. The company announced the plans at a recent event held in collaboration with build3, a startup studio focused on building impact-driven startups in Goa.

The event brought together 27 startup founders and developers from India to learn how to build AI agents on KOGO's proprietary AI OS. This has helped these businesses improve productivity and reduce operational costs by 80%. The event brought together startup founders, hackers and developers who are passionate about adopting AI. Entrepreneurs and developers from PayTM, Workplete, Dreamyo, TakeBack, Micro.Company, build3, Soulucation, The Nudge Institute, Offbeat Goa, Snapps, Organiko and Innoshaft technologies participated in the event to learn about tiny language models and how AI agents can improve productivity.

“The event, held in collaboration with build3, was aimed at not only helping startups build AI assistants on KOGO's platform but also educating them on small language models and how they can be highly effective in specific use cases. Unlike LLMs, SLMs are modular and can be deployed at the edge. They are less expensive to run, consume less computing power, and are easy to tweak and customize to work on specific tasks,” said Raj K Gopalakrishnan, CEO and Co-founder, KOGO. “Swarms of SLMs are the future as organizations realize the power of self-replicating experts to perform real-world tasks. We want to educate developers on how to deploy AI agents in minutes and be at the forefront of AI adoption.”

“We hear buzzwords like generative AI, large scale language models etc. The real challenge lies in access to the technology, understanding it and the resources allocated to build safe and accurate AI agents that can be adopted effectively. This is a time-consuming task and hence KOGO decided to build customized AI agents free of charge to accelerate AI adoption. The event we organized in collaboration with build3 was a huge success and everyone involved learned a lot. KOGO was able to help 27 startups set up AI agents that improved their workflow and minimized the operational cost of the startups. We want to give back to the startup ecosystem and the best way to do this is to help them help themselves,” said Praveer Kochhar, CPO & Co-founder, KOGO, who led the educational event in Goa.

Generative AI and LLM have disrupted the world, but for these technologies to be truly adopted by enterprises, existing technologies that automate tasks and workflows alone are not enough. In addition to these challenges, most generative AI-based solutions are primarily focused on customer support, leaving a large gap in many areas within organizations where this technology can be deployed. Additionally, enterprises need apps to build AI agents that work for their specific use cases. KOGO offers to build customized platforms for free, so organizations can use language models that fit their needs.

KOGO AI OS is India's first AI Agent OS, enabling enterprises to build, manage and deploy millions of AI agents in minutes. KOGO's innovative approach enables organizations of any size to deploy multiple Small Language Models (SLMs) that act as highly intelligent domain experts. These agents work individually and collectively, enabling agility and cost-efficiency. More importantly, KOGO's AI agents, unlike any other AI solution in the market, can perform real tasks. They act as domain specific agents such as mobile desks, researchers, sales assistants, social media managers, business analysts, office assistants, customer support agents and more to accelerate productivity and increase ROI on AI investments.

Speaking about the event hosted by KOGO AI and build3, Pradeep CP, Founder, Workaroo said, “I had the opportunity to attend Praveer's session on building with AI agents. Traditionally, we have been handling KYC manually, which is time-consuming and labor-intensive. However, after the session with Praveer, I learned that KOGO has the potential to automate these tasks, performing them 1,000-10,000 times faster than manual methods. This efficiency not only promises to save significant time, but also improves accuracy and scalability. We are excited to implement Kogo.ai and witness the transformative impact it will have on our operations. Praveer and his team have developed an incredible solution that will revolutionize our approach to KYC.”

“Attending Praveer's session, co-founder of Kogo, was an eye-opener. We learnt how AI agents can automate many multi-step tasks, reducing costs for companies and saving people time. The potential for AI to increase productivity across all departments is immense. What was particularly impressive was how AI and humans can work together to improve work-life balance, giving us more time to explore and enjoy life. After this session, I am very excited about the future of AI!” said Aditya Gupta, Founder, On Hire.
