BENGALURU: IT companies are now turning to Gen AI as they collaborate to better serve their customers.
Wipro on Monday announced that it is partnering with Microsoft to launch a suite of cognitive assistants for financial services powered by generative Gen AI.
The cognitive assistant provides financial professionals with deep market intelligence and relevant and timely information about investment products and investor behavior.
HCLTech also announced a global strategic partnership agreement with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to accelerate GenAI-driven enterprise digital transformation.
HCLTech and AWS help enterprises explore and develop Gen AI-driven use cases, proofs of concepts, tools, and solutions. They develop a framework with goal-based milestones aligned to business strategy that enables the co-creation of customized Gen AI-driven solutions and provides clients with flexible consumption models.
Wipro's new cognitive assistant runs on Microsoft Azure Open AI and will be available on Azure App Services. The Wipro AI practice is working on more than 10 GenAI ideas that are being developed as proofs of concept for Azure Open AI. Wipro has 55,000 AI employees across the world, over 50% of whom are trained and proficient in Azure – AI/ML.
