Interface SystemWobot, a leading managed services provider of business security, actionable insights, and dedicated networks for multi-location businesses, today announced the launch of its Wobot AI-powered video analytics solution designed specifically for the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) and retail industries. This innovative solution leverages existing security camera infrastructure to deliver real-time insights that enable customers to streamline operations and protect their assets.
Partnering with Wobot, Interface will provide QSRs and retailers with an easier way to make data-driven operational decisions without the complexity of traditional data analytics solutions. Wobot's no-code workflow configurability, AI-enabled checklists aligned to industry best practices, and real-time email and Microsoft Teams notifications will help customers accelerate time to value.
The solution improves QSR dine-in and drive-thru experiences by identifying service gaps, optimizing shift planning, and ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols. Real-time metrics on drive-thru performance and customer wait times enable restaurants to improve speed of service and customer satisfaction.
Wobot’s video analytics solutions provide retailers with real-time insight into customer demand patterns, speed of service, and security compliance.
Interface Systems provides turnkey implementation and maintenance services for Wobot, including assessing existing camera infrastructure and networks, performing necessary upgrades, and designing and deploying the Wobot solution across all customer locations.
“Interface Systems is focused on delivering cutting-edge solutions that not only ensure the security of our customers' facilities, but also drive operational efficiency and provide a superior customer experience,” said Steve Womer, SVP of Engineering at Interface Systems. “Partnering with Wobot enables Interface to address the unique needs of retail and QSR brands, providing real-time visibility and insights that drive growth and operational excellence.”
“A major pain point for restaurant chains and retailers has been their reliance on proprietary hardware and closed systems,” said Adit Chhabra, CEO of Wobot. “Our solution seamlessly integrates with existing security cameras, providing a frictionless, cost-effective way to gain real-time insights and streamline operations. We're excited to partner with Interface, the gold standard in technology innovation for the retail and restaurant industry.”
