St. Louis, Missouri — Business security managed services provider Interface Systems today announced the release of its artificial intelligence-powered Wobot video analytics solution, designed specifically for the quick service restaurant (QSR) and retail industries.
According to the joint announcement, the solution “leverages existing security camera infrastructure to provide real-time insights that enable customers to streamline operations and protect their assets.”
According to the announcement, the partnership with Wobot “will enable Interface to provide QSRs and retailers with an easier way to make data-driven operational decisions by eliminating the complexity of traditional data analytics solutions.”
“Wobot's no-code workflow configuration capabilities, AI-enabled checklists aligned with industry best practices, and real-time email and Microsoft Teams notifications enable customers to accelerate time to value,” according to the joint announcement.
The solution “improves QSR dine-in and drive-thru experiences by identifying service gaps, optimizing shift planning, and ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols,” the announcement said. Real-time metrics on drive-thru performance and customer wait times “help restaurants improve speed of service and customer satisfaction.”
Wobot’s video analytics solutions provide retailers with real-time insight into customer demand patterns, speed of service, and security compliance.
