The GoDaddy Global Entrepreneurship Survey, conducted among entrepreneurs and small business owners across India, revealed insights into their outlook on Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology and their business growth goals.
According to the survey results, 94% of small business owners in India believe that implementing AI is key to delivering positive results. Additionally, the top three most compelling reasons for investing in AI tools are: positive impact on customer service (53%), potential for increased efficiency (41%), and data-driven insights to drive intent. decision improvement (40%).
Notably, respondents identified the key areas where AI could be most beneficial to their small business operations, citing marketing (65%), business planning and strategy (61%), and customer experience (52%). Overall, 97% of small business owners believe that digitalization has significantly improved their business processes.
Despite the optimism, survey respondents shared concerns about implementing AI tools, including a lack of awareness about available solutions (50%), lack of understanding of the benefits (45%), potential costs (43%), and a lack of time to implement these tools (29%).
