Professor Sahay effectively emphasized the participants the importance of AI literacy among government officials in today's rapidly evolving digital landscape.
He emphasized that as India moves to become a knowledge economy of digital empowerment, public companies need to leverage AI to enhance governance, operational efficiency and citizen-centered service delivery.
He encouraged participants to make the most of their three-day training program through active engagement and peer learning. He reaffirmed IIM Jammu's commitment to providing cutting-edge policy-related education to meet today's challenges.
