IBM is actively leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) to reduce costs and improve efficiency across its operations. Viswanath Ramaswamy, vice president of technology for IBM India and South Asia, told FE that IBM is first testing many of its products and services by implementing generative AI. Build use cases that benefit your customers,” Ramaswamy said. “For example, we have introduced a purpose-built conversational AI-powered platform for IBMers globally called AskHR. This platform is changing the way HR teams work and empowering them to focus on the more important tasks at hand. I can now focus,” he added.
The platform delivers better speed, satisfaction, productivity, and optimized inputs that lead to better outcomes. Some media reports in March suggested that IBM would be cutting jobs.
