Armonk, New York, October 16, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — IBM (NYSE: IBM) today announced that a new AI agent is now available in the Oracle Fusion Applications AI Agent Marketplace. The three new agents are designed to help Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications customers achieve new levels of operational efficiency. In addition, IBM plans to release complementary agents for Oracle customers built with IBM watsonx Orchestrate for HR and supply chain to help customers across industries transform their business processes.
IBM agents built directly into Oracle Fusion Applications
IBM Consulting’s new agents are built with Oracle AI Agent Studio and are designed to help organizations automate processes and common workflows within Oracle Fusion Applications. The three new Oracle validation agents available on the Oracle AI Agent Marketplace are:
- intercompany agent – Automate reviews of intercompany agreements
- Smart sales order entry agent – Streamline the sales order creation process by generating the relevant data needed for the order-to-cash process.
- Request to contract agency – Deal with complex workflows to convert purchase requisitions into contract purchase orders

IBM plans to add new watsonx Orchestrate agent
IBM also plans to expand its ecosystem around Oracle Fusion Applications by releasing new supply chain and HR agents soon, joining a growing portfolio of announced agents. early this year.
They are built on IBM watsonx Orchestrate, an enterprise-grade AI solution for developing, deploying, and managing AI agents. Running on the foundation of Red Hat OpenShift AI, Watsonx Orchestrate provides a multi-agent approach designed to work with the wide range of AI agent products included in Oracle AI Agent Studio and Oracle AI Agent Marketplace. It also acts as a multi-agent supervisor, coordinating agents across both Oracle and non-Oracle applications and data sources.
Additionally, Oracle will soon make the IBM Granite 4.0 family of AI models available through Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Data Science through AI Quick Actions.
