A wholly owned subsidiary begins commercial expansion in the United States. New initiatives could exceed previously announced 2026 revenue targets of $180 million to $200 million.
Hyperscale Data (“Hyperscale Data” or the “Company”), a Bitcoin-based artificial intelligence (“AI”) data center company, announced that it currently believes that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Omnipresent Robotics, LLC (“Omnipresent Robotics”), will be fully operational and begin commercial deployment across the United States in June 2026.
Omnipresent Robotics was originally founded in January 2025 with the purpose of designing and deploying advanced robotic systems that integrate AI, real-time data analytics, and autonomous capabilities to improve efficiency, reduce labor costs, and enhance service delivery across commercial environments.
Following discussions with certain third parties, the Company anticipates that Omnipresent Robotics will enter the commercialization phase within approximately three months from the date of this press release, followed by initial deployment and customer engagement in key areas such as hospitality, security, and enterprise automation. We expect that Omnipresent Robotics will be able to enter into agreements with these third parties in the foreseeable future to conduct our business as described above.

“We have identified specific companies that have the potential for Omnipresence Robotics to become a viable, revenue-generating robotics company in a real-world environment if agreements with these companies are signed,” said Hyperscale Data Executive Chairman Milton “Todd” Ault III. “Assuming Omnipresent Robotics signs agreements with the third parties mentioned above, we believe we have developed the initial essence of what Omnipresent Robotics aspires to be and are now entering the U.S. market. While we are optimistic about the potential of Omnipresent Robotics, this is a very new initiative and we believe that we have developed the initial essence of what Omnipresent Robotics aspires to be. We cannot confirm at this time whether we will generate any material revenue from our operations in 2020 and, therefore, no contribution was included to our previously announced revenue target of $180 million to $200 million.”
“In the coming weeks, we will be announcing additional strategic developments at our Michigan data center, including efforts leveraging robotics,” Ort continued. “With approximately 617,000 square feet of existing infrastructure and approximately 20 acres of additional space available for expansion, our Michigan facility provides the foundation for our robotics deployment. Located approximately 90 miles from Chicago and close to major universities and engineering talent, we believe this site is ideally located for robotics training, development and advanced assembly.”
“As the U.S. robotics industry continues to expand, we expect to announce partnerships across the robotics ecosystem. We believe large-scale facilities like our Michigan data center, especially with access to high-performance NVIDIA GPU infrastructure, can play a meaningful role in future robotics operations. We look forward to providing additional updates in the coming months.”
Omnipresent Robotics expects early pilot programs and early-stage deployments to begin in the near future and accelerate through 2026, with broader commercial adoption expected as customer demand increases.
Omnipresent Robotics represents an important step in Hyperscale Data’s strategy to build a diverse technology platform that spans AI infrastructure, blockchain systems, and real-world automation.
