AI Overview launched in the US in May 2024 after being announced at Google I/O earlier that month. According to Google, it’s currently available in more than 200 countries and territories and in more than 40 languages.

However, Web Guide is a new experiment from Search Labs. Use Gemini AI to group links into categories by topic. The AI snippet is still there, but has been moved under some blue links.
Can I use search engines other than Google to circumvent AI?

Which method should I try to remove AI from Google?
To be honest, I just search with “-AI” at the end of every query. It’s quick, easy, and works on both mobile and desktop.
