Although our government is aware of the emergence of AI and its impact on educational institutions, it has been very slow to address the situation and lacks a clear strategy to transform educational approaches to align with AI. There is little doubt that education needs to evolve and that educators need to undergo a major mental transformation.

In such a situation, although a comprehensive national strategy may not be readily available, below are some initiatives that the Bangladeshi government could take to support academia, especially universities in the AI ​​era. List.

Teacher development program: A key element is the proposed partnership between governments, universities and research institutes to provide dedicated AI training programs for teachers.
