The Trump administration’s White House account has a long history of posting questionable content, whether it’s an AI depiction of the future of Gaza called “King Trump” or a horrifying one-minute video of a military attack on Iran set to an animated serial killer. Call of Duty Modern Warfare III.

Now, the White House socialite is back in the video game bag with another disturbing post. This time, the target is agriculture.
On March 27, the official White House account shared an apparently AI-generated video for National Agriculture Week depicting President Trump as a character from a Nintendo game. Animal Crossing.

In the video, Little Trump (looking his best ever) stretches at his desk in the Oval Office and says, “Make Agriculture Great Again.”
Then Little Tramp runs outside, followed by a teddy bear in overalls, into a farm tended by two ducks and a rabbit.

The video ends with all the characters waving at the screen and the words “Thank you, farmer” appearing below them.
While it may seem like an innocuous animated video, you should consider that farmers around the world are currently dealing with the effects of the war with Iran. As reported by the Associated Press, gas prices have soared and fertilizer supplies have declined after Tehran closed the Strait of Hormuz in retaliation for U.S. and Israeli bombings. But unfortunately, today is “National” Agriculture Week, so I digress.
