Tech Giant Google (GOOGL) has deployed the latest AI video creation tool, VEO 3, to Gemini Pro users in 159 countries. Josh Woodward, VP of Google Labs and Gemini, announced on X that VEO 3 is now available worldwide, including India, Indonesia and across Europe. Pro users earn three generations per day, with credits refreshed every 24 hours. As a result, this update will make advanced AI video tools more accessible to users around the world.

Interestingly, VEO 3 allows users to create short, 8-second videos using audio, just by entering a description. Google is still working on the ability to turn photos into videos, but according to Woodward, it should be ready soon. Companies are already using VEO 3 to create content such as social media ads, product demonstrations, training videos, and presentations, making much less effort to require traditional video editing.
Naturally, industry experts call VEO 3 a major advance. Will Hanschel, CEO of marketing tech company Pencil, said it is AI's biggest step since its popularity in 2023. This allows brands to create a complete video with visuals, narration, sound effects and storytelling at one prompt. Google's AI Pro plan costs $19.99 per month, and new users can try it for free in the first month.
