Well, perhaps not surprising, we have seen that the white-collar industry has seen a decline in employee confidence over the last few months. That's not a real surprise given all the headlines about layoffs in these industries and again, the slow employment that's happening. I think the slower recruitment is something that layoffs may not be much attention in the news, but that really has a very widespread effect. That means people can't reach the career ladder in the first place. It also means that employed workers are unable to proceed on career ladders.

How much does it have to do with artificial intelligence, especially in white-collar work?

That's interesting. This is because when you look at the tech sector, you don't really see the benefits of AI and data center investments that show the feelings of tech workers. Well, tech employment has remained fairly flat in recent years. And I don't know if there is much evidence that artificial intelligence is specifically reducing the amount of employment companies are doing, but I know that workers are very uneasy about this. So we have actually published some data showing that it shows that seven workers report in 10 people worried about long-term career outlook for AI.

Do you think AI is abolishing its entry-level work at this point? You were just talking about ZZ workers. Is entry-level work at the most risk here?

I'm not saying entry-level jobs are outdated. There is always work that entry-level workers need to do, but entry-level workers are less likely to retreat, right? They have not built a resume or network that they can count on if there is disruption in the industry they are trying to incorporate. Therefore, it is not surprising that entry-level workers feel their work is at the most risk from AI.
