A Fujitsu survey conducted in February 2025 targets 800 CXOs in 15 countries, so 81% of business leaders expect to move from standalone business to an ecosystem-based model. Additionally, 79% believe that by 2030 all employees will be supported by AI at work.

This value creation is amplified through ecosystems formed by diverse players, accelerating responses to complex social challenges. In the mobility sector, for example, autonomous driving and co-delivery improve transportation efficiency and create positive economic and environmental value. Fujitsu refers to this new value creation ecosystem, with people and AI at the heart of its core, working with partners across industries to achieve “regenerative ecosystems” and purely positive results.
2. Technology Vision: Transforming business and society with technology
AI is evolving rapidly.
