AI agents are everywhere. From virtual customer service bots to marketing automation tools, Tech Innovators is rushing to launch agents that promise faster service, smarter decisions and greater adaptability.
“AI agents are ready to become part of everyday life. Google's Gemini will help you plan your week, while Openai voice assistants manage tasks through natural conversations.” “The wave of startups and innovators is already building AI agent solutions for specific business needs using the basic models of leading providers.”
Agent AI, customer experience, loyalty
Experts agree that AI, retail and marketing marriages make a lot of sense. Eagle Eye, for example, already has a powerful AI-driven personalization engine and other prediction systems that have intelligently thriving data ingestion and processing.
In addition to being able to ask questions, AI agent helpers can make decisions, compare prices and guide people to places they shop. This is supposed to change the way retailers reach their customers.
“Let's consider this scenario. The customer asks the AI assistant. “Where can I lock behind the scenes content as a member?” If the benefits of the program are not found, and if that assistant doesn't understand it, you will be excluded from consideration,” explains Reeve.
“AI agents, personal shoppers, and hunting assistants change the way brands drive products and offers. Large-scale language models and the way agents process information can lead to a reorganization of marketing strategies and loyalty structures.”
According to Sarah Richardson, founder and director of the Australian Royalty Association (ALA), AI Innovation, brands now have the ability to tailor offers and experiences to each individual in real time across the channel.
“This level of engagement also helps brands analyze behavioral patterns and predict what customers need and want before they know themselves,” she adds.
“Agent AI is the most transformative in loyalty landscapes. Having an agent capable of answering all queries in relation to membership and past purchase information helps brands reach front foot in response to customer expectations. New technologies such as voice assistants and visual search are creating new pathways into the loyalty ecosystem.
Billy Loizou, APAC Area Vice President at Amperity, agrees that Agent AI is ready to globally reconstruct how the brand is attracting consumer attention.
“Imagine a world where your next purchase is not chosen by you alone. An AI agent acts as your personal shopper. Do you need autumn outfits? Your AI agent will instantly look for your online store, taking into account your size, style preferences, budget, event themes, and even weather forecasts that provide fully tailored recommendations,” he says.
Important data integrity in the age of agent AI
Loizou points out that success in the age of AI agents depends on the brand's ability to gain a deeper understanding of customer preferences and predict future needs.
“Excel brands will consistently express the most relevant recommendations and predict and satisfy the evolving desires and behaviors of our customers,” he explains. “To be successful in this future, brands need to fundamentally transform the way they collect, unite and utilize customer data.”
To prepare for the future where AI agents go through the World Wide Web, Loizou recommends brands invest in data infrastructure now.
“Companies that are better at managing customer information create positive data cycles. The more data they use to personalize interactions, the more engagement they generate, leading to richer data sets and more customized experiences. This accuracy also helps them navigate brand craft offers to past AI gatekeepers,” he adds.
Derek Slager, co-founder and CTO, Amperity agrees. He emphasizes that even the most advanced AI agents are as good as the data they are being built.
“In their core, AI agents use data to make decisions between systems based on constantly changing variables and conditions. However, if the underlying customer data spreads across disconnected tools and is silent in various forms, the agents are destined to be ineffective,” he explains.
“Fragmented, outdated or inconsistent information can't restrict the best technology to reliability. To function effectively, AI agents need accurate, connected, and governed data foundations. Without them, the output is unreliable and trust will collapse.
Agent AI impacts multiple industrial sectors
ANTHONY CIPOLLA, AI lead data-driven asset management solutions company Cosol is already seeing the asset-centric industrial landscape ready for AI.
“The vertical division, which relies on Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), is innovating the traditional high manual efforts humans need to establish and maintain high quality digital twins and master data.
Another example of “no hype” is Red Owl. This is a fresh innovation that is transforming business transaction workflows with the power of AI and automation.
“AI agents are revolutionizing how modern enterprises operate,” said Jitto Arulampalam, CEO of Redowl. “For example, compliance is mandatory, but it's almost impossible to prevent violations, leaks, and even fraud, as it's almost impossible to prevent violations, leaks, and even fraud. It's not practical and is extremely expensive in today's setup.”
“However, the emergence of agent AI is trying to breathe new life into the old profession of
Accounting and the associated necessary governance protocols. It's available in Redowl

Meanwhile, Pronto Software, a leading enterprise resource planning and analytics software provider, recently signed a strategic agreement with IBM Australia to enable the integration of powerful agent AI capabilities into the Pronto XI ERP platform through IBM Watsonx.
Agent AI allows systems to autonomously interpret data, initiate actions, and optimize workflows with the aim of improving productivity and decision-making. By embedding this feature in the Core ERP platform, Pronto Software provides access to these tools whenever you need them most in your production environment.
“Our customers, many of them, are family-owned medium-sized businesses, and we can help our staff act strategically,” says Chad Gates, Managing Director of Software. “Pronto software works with customers to not only provide information, but also build and deploy information-acting agent AI, unlocking real business value without compromising security.”
“AI doesn't have to be overwhelming or intimidating,” adds Gates. “It should feel like a natural part of your workflow, and that's exactly what we have to offer.”
