Paris, June 11, 2025 (Globe Newswire) – —Vivatech in NvidiaGTC Paris—Nvidia today announced that it will work together with leaders in Europe and technology and industry to build it Nvidia Blackwell AI infrastructure strengthens digital sovereignty, supports economic growth, and positions the continent as a leader in the AI industrial revolution.
France, Italy, Spain and the UK are among the countries that build domestic AI infrastructures with an ecosystem of technology and cloud providers, including telecommunications providers such as Domin, Mistral AI, Nevius, NSCALE, and Orange, Swisscom, Telefnica, and Telenol.
These deployments will provide over 3,000 Exaflops' Nvidia Blackwell Compute Resources for Soveeign AI, enabling European companies, startups and public sector organizations to safely develop, train and deploy agents and physical AI applications.
Nvidia has established and expanded AI technology centres in Germany, Sweden, Italy, Spain, the UK and Finland. These centers are based on NVIDIA's history of working with academic institutions and industries through the NVIDIA AI Technology Center program. Building the European foundations for AI infrastructure and innovation
Building an AI infrastructure requires strategic investments in sophisticated systems, land and facilities, sustainable energy access, skilled professionals and partnerships. To accelerate the development of these national resources, Nvidia is working with leaders in France, the UK, Germany and Italy.
In France, Mistral AI is working with NVIDIA to build an end-to-end cloud platform with 18,000 Nvidia Grace Blackwell systems in the first phase, with plans to expand multiple sites in 2026.
