So, at the beginning of this year, uh, there was a relatively small workforce adjustment. Rather, I think it’s important to educate our employees and work with eToroian to make sure they actually have access to all the tools. Um, is that so? So we have Cursor and eToro.

And if you look at our AI usage at eToro, we’ve seen an increase of over 1,000% in the last four months. right? AI was here to stay, but there was a key turning point around November with the release of Opus 4.5, which led to GPT 5.5 and Groq 4.3. But that inflection point really made AI happen.

Anything that’s great, you’ve got great lawyers, great developers, great QA, and you’re really able to do things that you couldn’t do six months ago. When we use AI to look at people at eToro, we see that inflection point.

Previously unimaginable capabilities are once again unlocked. That means everyone at eToro needs to leverage AI and use every bit of intelligence possible to help eToro grow faster and release more products. We launched the App Store and released 40 new apps to the App Store. They’re created by AI, QA’d by AI, and deployed by AI, but they’re all managed by people with a vision of what they want to build. As a result, the speed at which we are able to increase productivity and deliver more products to our customers is growing at an unprecedented pace.
