The U.S. Department of the Army has signed an agreement with Oracle to bring Oracle’s advanced AI capabilities to the department’s classified networks for lawful use. The agreement accelerates the transformation of the U.S. military toward becoming an AI-first combat force and strengthens warfighters’ ability to maintain decision-making superiority across all domains of war.

Integrating Secure Frontier AI into classified environments accelerates data synthesis, enhances situational awareness, and enhances warfighter decision-making in complex operations. This initiative advances the Department’s AI acceleration strategy by enabling new capabilities across three core tenets: Warfighting, Intelligence, and Enterprise Operations.

Oracle has 10 cloud regions dedicated to the U.S. government and its customers, offering cutting-edge cloud and AI capabilities at DISA IL2, IL4, IL5, IL6, Top Secret, and Special Access Program (SAP) levels.
