A video of actor Katrina Kaif speaking French fluently has gone viral on social media.
In the deepfake video, Katrina talks about Bina's “incredible books” in French. The caption reads that when Katrina and Salman attended the launch ceremony of Bina Kak's book 'The Silent Sentinel of Ranthambore', the French narration was generated by AI, but the speech was her original speech. Contains a disclaimer disclosing that no changes have been made to the site.

Katrina's fans shared mixed reactions in the comments. Some called deepfakes unsettling, and others cited advances in AI. Some people almost fell for the edited video. However, there were some who admired Katrina's talent and beauty and believed that the video was real.
